Each LinGate hotel is developed and owned as a single asset entity. Generally, we set up a limited partnership to own each new hotel, with LinGate, or one of its affiliates, acting as general partner and management company for the limited partnership.
As a growing young company, we are always pursuing viable development opportunities and acquisitions for quality mid-price, select-service, extended stay, and full service hotels. Our target markets are typically upscale, emerging, mixed-use developments with strong commercial travel bases and solid complimentary leisure demand.
