Glenn Higdon, CEO
LinGate is headed by its founder, chairman and CEO Glenn D. Higdon. Mr. Higdon, a former certified financial planner, has developed, built and operated more than 25 hotels since entering the hospitality industry in 1986. He serves as president of all the hotels' general partnerships and is majority owner of both Linmar Hospitality Group and Gateway Lodging, Inc, the two companies that make up LinGate. Among other major developments, Glenn has developed a psychiatric hospital, a surgery center, as well as many other non-hospitality related ventures.

Claude M. Bacon, Administration and Marketing
Mr. Bacon has held positions in educational leadership, capital development, recruitment, sales, and international/diversity communications.
Claude received his bachelors and masters degrees from Western Kentucky University in public relations, marketing, and communications.

Tim Knipp, Operations
Formerly with Marriott International, Tim first joined LinGate as a hotel general manager 1991. As VP of operations, Tim oversees all field activities and initiatives.

Brenda Westerfield, Finance and Human Resources
Brenda has been with Glenn Higdon and LinGate since 1986. She is responsible for all LinGate accounting and human resources functions.

Ken Correll, Development and Technology
Formerly LinGate’s VP of sales and marketing, Ken now heads up hotel development and acquisitions at LinGate. Ken has worked for Glenn Higdon and the LinGate group since 1986.
