In 2008, two LinGate properties received national recognition from Marriott International. Courtyard Dalton, Georgia received a Gold designation for its guest scores, and SpringHill Suites, Round Rock, Texas received recognition for its Cleanliness Of Room scores.

In 2009, Fairfield Inn and Suites Knoxville, TN received the coveted “Marriott Spirit to Serve” award; and Fairfield Inn and Suites, Nashville Opryland, TN received a Marriott Silver Circle award and the award for overall guest satisfaction increases of 13.6%, the second highest increase in the nation.

In 2010, Hilton Garden Inn Louisville, KY received the prestigious “Spirit of Hilton Garden Inn” award.

Our portfolio track record is strong in Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR. Collectively, to date, based on independent Smith Travel research, LinGate carried a premium over our competitive sets in all three categories.
