In 2009, Imperial completed 2 Marriott Courtyard Refreshing renovations, including full lobby packages; 1 full scale Marriott AIR SpringHill Suites conversion (from an Amerisuites); 1 Marriott SpringHill Suites full renovation AIR décor package; and 1 Hampton New Wardrobe renovation package.

  
 
 
 

In 2008, Imperial completed 2 Marriott Fairfeld Inn conversions to Fairfeld Inn and Suites, both with the Green Tea package; renovation of a Baymont Inn and Suites; and the full scale renovation of a Hilton Garden Inn.
