We develop and manage top quality hotels. We do it all, from finding a site and raising capital, to building the hotel and fluffing your pillow so you can get a good night's sleep.
We currently run 16 hotels, with plans to develop more. We've been in the hospitality business since 1986. In 1991, we built and opened our first Marriott hotel, the Bowling Green (Kentucky) Fairfield Inn. Our next nine hotels were all Marriott franchises, including Fairfield Inn, Courtyard and Residence Inn brands. In 1999, we opened our first Hilton Garden Inn in Louisville. We now own and/or operate four Hilton Garden Inn hotels.
Most of our hotels are located in the Southeast and Southwest United States. Our corporate headquarters is located in Owensboro, Kentucky.
